What you know, and what we see are two totally different things.
Your lack of self-awareness exacerbates everyone’s feeling on this topic. You may be a good dude or dudette, but your conduct, the only real conduct we witness, is straight up unadulterated forum troll behavior. And they’re 20th century hot takes on things that just feel like conservative nonsense.
You wouldn’t find a single molecule of insight into what gear I’ve had over the years unless you did some digging. Otherwise, nothing I have ever received gear-wise has affected you in the slightest.
But I bet you would have fought tooth and nail, or at least whined like an entitled baby about people getting things you think they don’t deserve, all on some misguided principle that you probably couldn’t fully articulate, let alone prove to be true.

What gear you have earned isn’t relevant to any point I have made. So not sure what makes that even relevant.
Asking people to kill the mythic boss to get mythic rewards isn’t me whining. Infact the people throwing tantrums because they can’t get bis mythic items just for existing in the game is the ones whining like a baby lol.

I think you’re mistaken. Players and the game have become exponentially more advanced.
What you’re actually witnessing is the top end of the game becoming more and more difficult and as a result players that used to be able to achieve the top rewards get priced out of that satisfaction.
At that point it’ll be proven beyond doubt that classic has become “just sell the same game to the idiots again, and maybe a third time with anniversary servers.”
