It’s called GSE (Gnome Sequencer Enhanced) and it’s on every add-on app and has been for like 10 years
You can put every spell/skill into 1 button and spam it over and over.
I have used it and for most classes it is not even close to ideal… a few like BM Hunter, Fury Warrior and a couple others it does OK to decent - but it isn’t intuitive or any type of AI driven. It doesn’t queue spells or apply and if/then scenario.
It was originally developed for people that have arthritis or a hand disability to make it easier for them.

I feel like GSE is probably as good as playing with your foot, just put the keyboard on the floor and try your best
Darn it now I want to see some streamer tank 10s with their foot keyboard setup
having so many good ideas is such a curse
I assume the new tool will be a little bit more advanced. For example knowing when to cast a spell to maintain 100% uptime on an effect or knowing when to switch into AOE mode.
Its not just going to be a 1 2 3 1 2 3 sequence.

The new tool coming will take a dynamic rotation priority helper, akin to Hekili, and then add functionality to make one button continually use whatever ability “Hekili” is suggesting to use next. GSE does not have that functionality. How effective the one button rotation tool is will depend on how well Blizzard writes the priority/rotation code for their version of Hekili. My guess is it won’t be very good, just like their new cooldown manager launched pretty rough compared to addons that do it better.
