This also fixes the issue of having to wait for the thing to even start, the play would rotate every hour, as usual, so joining on whatever hour would give you whatever play is at the time.

Just wait 'til later on in the week if you want fewer people participating in an open world event. The idea of nuking a good event folks participate in because your computer ain’t up for it seems… silly.

Ive never had a lag issue in the theater area even on area 52. I think the fix here OP is to fix your potato so its an actual gaming PC?

This the BFA water realm pvp world event style lag we talking about? Because that would kind of make sense but that seems like people purposely flooding in for pvp. In that case leave warmode xD

Maybe make it so it need less people and such to make it more feasible, like the usual 5 man, or even 3 if you wanna go with the Scenario route.

I am not in war mode. I am on a high population server and last Tuesday I was seeing raid group after raid group doing that event. There normally is 20 to 30 people there on Tuesday - don’t need to bring another 40 in.

difference is those things,aside fishing event that aint remotely close popular in comparison, dont make people stack in the same spot,in the same area,in the same time.

I get some lag but it’s not near as bad now as it was around release when doing it.

As far as changing it I’m not so sure. Even with only 10-15 people you can have all 3 loot boxes very fast. So fast most of the event is just a waste of time while waiting for it to finish. That said lm not sure I’d want it changed because down the road when very few people are doing it you will still be able to get all 3 boxes if it stays the way it is.

Has anyone seen a purple chest? It’s probably the worse event of that category. I often seen green, here and there a blue(maybe once a week) but have never seen purple more than once. It’s wayyyy too much effort.

Only thing I would like to see worked on with this event would be a way to drop combat easier, so many times been given a task right as either the nerubian flyers or kobolds spawn and get stuck in combat with them for a good two or three minutes because of how fast they spawn.
