Mage order hall bugged

Update: I still haven’t gotten it to work yet. I did an artifact quest and through a small scene the Archmage Karlain appeared next to Khadgar near the end of the scene; then he disappeared. He is still in another phase higher up in the Violet Citadel. I’m thinking it has to do with quests that were not completed and we are perhaps in the wrong phase?? I have not had the issue with the scouting map though. Ill let you know still with another update. I completed a lot of quests for the artifa…
