I can say from my experiences in my IT career, feedback was always listened (another gaming company) but it was discussed in house, not in forums
the reasoning - we didn’t want to get anyone’s hopes up in case we ended up not implementing suggestions - but damn near every suggestion was discussed that made sense and wasn’t just someone trolling

I want communication. In the Dragonflight Preview with Ion we were actually promised communication. Then they delivered radio silence for 3 months up to the day previous to launch. Thus I am calling them out on their lies.
I don’t care if they nerf paladins out the wazoo, or don’t buff their mobility, or keep Retribution as the the worst spec in the game, thats fine. I want to hear their position.
