I would just love to remind everyone - including the devs - that you were able to re-roll and resurrect an entire hardcore guild group despite the very clear “We will not restore a character for any reason” warning. So saying that you cannot restore a loot box that was handed out with a bug or oversight where you can loot a piece of gear that is entirely unusable in any scenario just reminds us plebs that the popular streamers who can influence public opinion of blizz get that special treatment while the rest of us just get boiler plate responses to a legitimate grievance.
