The visions are horrific

get real --nothing in this game is a grind anymore . , you no longer have to do anything for 5 hours a day, every day for more than a month .

On Topi -The madnesses are all televised to you , you know when they are about to go off --split personality is one of the easiest to deal with . Its why on my single mask runs i always mask of teh pained–two madnesses per zone instaed of one --so simple to deal with

Me for one ( and there are plenty of others) --Visions was one of teh best bits of content they designed , and now they are better because you can do so many more per week than before --extremely fun

theyt are not difficult in teh least up to 6 masks . They are fun , constantly addapting to changing situations due to madnesses and potion changes while still trying to do reasonable output , not just mindlessly hitting things.

Been saying that for years .

Raid gear should have bonuses that only work in teh raid --tier , trinkets , etc and are just stat sticks everywhere else . Same with M+ , PvP and world gear . That way a player who only wants to do M+ can just do M+ and know the best gear for what they are doing may drop for them ( same for teh rest of teh " Modes" )

Go back to what it was like at the end of BFA . I carried 4 sets of gear ( they did share common items) , One for pure singel target , one for two or three Mob fights , one for AOE fights and one for visions . Was fun to collect and easy to change as you could save your gear sets and just click a button to equip the right set before each fight

I’m good with it if you nerf M+ gear in other content, fine with iron curtain gearing

This is purely your opinion.

The grind is real, since you have to do these visions multiple times a day to increase the meters.

You’re totes adorbs arguing that you don’t have to grind, but hey… you do you.

I dunno. Most of the hits in visions are avoidable. I think they’re 1000% more fun than delves (to me, delves are just boring slogs).

The rewards could be better, though.

I got the bike yesterday. Worked fine for me also.
If you didn’t farm the mats last week in Stormwind then your going to have to wait till next week

You don’t seem to understand when I say it was broken.
Because I farmed everything from Stormwind last week and everything from Org this week.
Fortunately, they seemed to have fixed it and I got the prompt to push the button and start it, and so now, rightfully, have the bike that was due me.

LOL

you all are HOPELESS
HOPELESSSSSSSS

Stun, Stun, gotta move, Stun Stun, gotta mvoe, Stun Stun, gotta mvoe.

LIKE CMON BLIZZ, the AMOUNT of STONE and DAZE in Horrific Visions is ASTRONOMICAL. I do NOT recall at all suffering THAT MUCH back in 8.3.

676 Pries, and i can’t do 8 masks, because … YOU GUESSED IT! stun stun move stun stun…

I’m sure at this point that devs don’t play their game… hell, it’s been like this for the past 3.5 xpac and it CLEARLY showing

AT THE VERY LEAST, make it so the food buff doesn’t disappear when we die, inside the horrific visions … it’s 1k a piece

how long does it take to get the bike

It is a grind but a very manageable one, especially by comparison of how WoW did a lot of grinds in the past.

All of this was in 8.3 except Gamon.

and thats purely your opinion , I had my bike parts , hourglass filled out , three more masks and enchant in just over an hour . I will do one more run today to get the last mask -multitudes -and that will be it for the week . there is no way you have to multiple runs daily

all were there except Gamon and all are avoidable

got all parts available from Org in two runs

This feels like when Cata came out and everyone complained about the dungeons.
WOTLK dungeons were so easy it conditioned players into expecting dungeons to be a cake walk.

Contrast to now, I feel like Delves have conditioned players into thinking content should basically just be a nothingburger up until the end boss, where the actual encounter begins.

It isn’t random. It is literally telegraphed.

You can go between the 4 figures.

The issue is crystal clear.

Yeah. But I think a lot of people forgot the early stages of Visions and just remember 1shotting everything with corruptions.

I’m not sure if your definition of grind is the same as most. Yes, I’m going to be bold and say most.

If you have to repeat something over and over and over and over again… that is a grind. It may not be as bad as it was in previous expansions, etc., but it’s still a grind.

This fallacy that you are trying to project about it not being a grind is purely your opinion from your perspective.

Others (including myself) are experiencing something vastly different. Maybe we are doing things wrong…I honestly don’t know…and at this point, don’t care.

But for the love of all that is holy, please don’t tell me what I am experiencing. It’s very elitist of you. It’s pretty obvious that you and I play very differently, but that’s no reason to argue with me about there being a “grind” in this game.

It’s as if you are trying to convince me that what I am experiencing is not really happening, even though I am the one experiencing it.

I’m super happy you got all that done in such a short amount of time. Kudos. Really.

Unfortunately, I’m still in grind mode.

Not fond of old system reboots…
“I am convinced that Blizzard cannot distinguish between difficult and annoying.”
And thus has ever been the case.

hard? no
fun? also no

Both subjective statements of course.
Personally, visions are the most fun I’ve had in WoW since a couple weeks post TWW launch. They’re more fun than anything I did in DF.

I don’t think it conditioned anyone. I think it made many people realize they liked easier content, not harder. Not mind control, but revelation. Implicit it your statement is the bad assumption that everyone would like hard content if only something evil hadn’t led them astray.
