Personally, I’m fine with Ogres being Monks. I don’t think it’s too impossible, and I can even imagine some aspects of Ogre Monks in my head.
Realistically, I don’t know if Blizzard would add that class to them or not. Monks do require a lot of animations, which would need to be applied both to one head Ogres and two head Ogres models, both male and female.
I will say that any Pandaren trying to teach Ogres the ways of the Monk would need the patience of a thousand saints, I’m sure. Still, an Ogre that could become a monk would be really powerful.
