The toxic state of M+

Buddy it is hilarious watching you try to absolve m+ of being anything but a ‘savior of wow’ when player retention continued to worsen in every xpac it has been part of

It def did nothing to combat the borrowed power burnout

It def did nothing to combat any retention metric that exists in wow

But yeah it gave some peeps access to better pve gear without raiding, so those peeps love it - the ones that actually stayed instead of burning out from the crazy repetitive design

You ignore all these other metrics

Without hanging ‘easiest path to best pve gear’ on m+ it would crumble

No, no one would be happy, you’d ask for 418s and then 421s and then 424s.

They gave your 405s and it’s still not enough.

DF is more successful than SL, going by all S1 metrics, even though SL pre-sold more boxes.

415+ did u need see the plus sign through your frosty eyes

That is also true. Failure is a thing that happens, and players are irrationally afraid of it.

It may not be the whole issue, but I’ll still maintain that it is a contributing factor. It creates situations where you have people playing together with different goals, and who don’t care about each other, and a complete lack of social accountability. Your reputation used to matter if you wanted to do content, now it doesn’t.

No, because the theme park begins to become empty if no one is waiting in line. You need to have those carrots or people will leave. To many options today to stay and torture themselves to meet your expectations.

he is just a troll that prob has no friends and have a boring life thus is always on forums just trying to argue for the sake of arguing , id ignore him same with the other karen called pettiness .

thanks for agreeing with me that the toxic players in M+ need repercussions for their vile actions

Agree that DF is a new sample, and it now will make it clear whether m+ is chasing players away more than retaining them

Now that borrowed power is out of the equation

Bliz being totally silent, instead of bragging, is yet another bad sign about that buddy

Literally 15 years of people saying “wow is dying” has made the statement mean absolutely nothing.

Which isnt the case. Plenty of people are still running M+ of varied difficulty levels. Stop speaking false pretenses for the rest of the playerbase based on your personal feelings.

The simple solution is to not use LFG any more than you absolutely have to. Play with people you know, and not others.

I have little sympathy for the people who complain about this, and exclusively play through LFG, because you are enabling that which you complain about.

wow has been dying since wrath. expac by expac the playerbase dwindles. it bumped back up in wod but then it went kaput like a chicken to the culling room

Doomposting is always going to exist in some form.

Im gonna be real here bud, you truly do not know what a dead mmo actually looks like. The game is far from dying, its one of the top actively played MMOs to this day. Stop misusing the word dying.

After your “timers don’t equal difficulty” statement, your statements mean absolutely nothing to me.

i have never and will never complain about using lfg i use it to form bfa raid runs. it sucks that bfa still cant be solod fully on mythic

Better than being on the forums lambasting the whole community and hating on a game you pay monthly for.

Who actually between both of us lacks actual fun in their life ?

As it stands, 1M+ characters have engaged in it. Seems pretty legit.

And you know what’s happened since wrath? Solo rewards have repeatedly gotten buffed.

wrath was the most casual friendly expansion it introduced the LFD tool

Both his guilds, Zeroes to Heroes and RUINOUS are Mythic raiding guilds. You think they’ll just take a guy to runs who’s in there, probably never talks, and when he does, just drags “Mythic raiders” as “Elitists jerks” ?

Wrath didn’t introduce LFD until the ICC patch. And Wrath Classic is showing how that was a huge mistake.
