The people crying now will cry even harder with BG’s (especially as we progress through stages) as they continuously get pub-stomped by stacked, geared and ranking premades. There’s nothing to gain accommodating them outside of giving them the option of PvE servers. They’ll cry and quit PvP either way.

Everyone else not crying are either gritting through it, enjoying it, or happy to wait until BG’s. These are the players to listen to.

This is an honest inquiry. What would it take?

To be fair, there is a very compelling reason for me to want to play Horde on Faerlina, specifically, and particularly.

Some of the best WoW PVPers in the world on on Faerlina, Horde, and regularly duel outside of Orgrimmar. There are 30 to 50 people (or more) dueling at almost any given moment, and I don’t think you’ll find anything anywhere that competes with that.

However, the disadvantage of being on Faerlina, and having 5+ hour queue times, means that I often don’t get to play when I have time to play. That sucks.

I certainly do not expect to have anywhere near enough playtime to go for Rank 14 (or likely even Rank 10 - I’m not sure how much will be required), but I have enjoyed Arenas, esp. in retail, and do like PVP.

Although, I’m not the type of player who would typically spend full days trying to engage in WPVP, or even any significant amount. However, I might do something like organize some raid groups to go take over Gadgetzan on a Sunday, if I thought it would be worth doing.

As far as I know, Faerlina is heavier on the Alliance side, but no I’m not crying; I’m actually engaged in a conversation about what people are doing about the imbalance they are claiming, while trying to figure out what I can do to contribute to a solution.

Mild imbalances are fine. Nobody expects a perfect 50/50 split - but the large 70-30 imbalances? It doesnt work. Its bad for long term server health and is unsustainable.

Me rerolling solves the problem for me. It does nothing to correct the population imbalance on my server as a whole, and in fact only further contributes to the problem.

So… what I’m seeing here is that a ‘challenge’ actually isnt compelling enough reason for you to reroll to alliance on a horde dominated server. So tell me, what would you need to be offered right now to overcome your reasons for remaining faerlina horde? Give me specifics.

Reroll on, or if they implement paid transfers transfer to, a PvE realm. You’ll still have battle grounds and occasional WPvP but will get to choose your fights

that doesn’t really work when you’re outnumbered. if the other side has double the people then you can’t win. no amount of “epic skillz” are going to change the fact that it’s not possible to win 40 vs 80.

Wrong. The “solution” is not “vanilla” therefore it’s not a solution.

Blizzard instituted a solution, cross realm, in a layer expansion. Also, no vanilla.

If you can’t see the reason why a “solution” is not possible. It’s not vanilla.
