Referring to overall item level. Just because many things a druid can get in phase 1 are viable after Naxx it doesnât mean those items are meant to be compared to AQ/Naxx gear as a mistake to be released.

imagine rolling on a pvp server in a game called World of Warcraft and complaining about dying. A game which revolves around faction warfare⌠and one which depicts faction warfare in its cinematic.

A lot of people didnât. A lot of people thought PvP servers just meant always being flagged and that theyâd get into some fights while leveling. Some people wanted to try something new. Some people (like me) rolled PvP because their friends did. Yes, I did expect to die. Yes, I have died. I have also had many victories. What is going on right now is not what many people would consider PvP.
As someone that played with the same friend back on original vanilla (Bleeding Hollow), the PvP leveling experience was amazing. It was absolutely nothing like this, where neckbeards just farm you all day because youâre worth 2 honor and their favorite streamer said you should farm honor all day.
Not everyone obsessively researches and reads about every aspect of a thing on the internet. Some people still like a little mystery.

Go reroll on a pve server where you can choose your pvp battles. Or try your luck on a server with more alliance like heartseeker or arcanite reeper.

Do you think every server is horde dominated? I transfered to heartseeker, an alliance dominated server, therefore your âEdgy horde responseâ makes no sense. Try again.

The number of horde players who have rolled on pvp servers is so much greater than alliance that there are few alliance-dominated pvp servers.

They arenât legitimate issues. Everything in life has good points and bad points. Even if you try to make changes so wPvP is âfairâ youâll introduce new problems. Everyone knew what was coming. The best thing to do is let the players complaining about things not being fair realize the real issue is that they donât like wPvP after all and switch to a server which will be more fun.

Actually, if you leave it alone and give it enough time people will voluntarily switch factions and the populations will even out. People figure out how to do the things they want to. If everyone on the server is Horde and that kills wPvP eventually people will switch to Alliance or transfer until populations even out. Not in every case but in most.
Utterly totally false. People have never switched factions because of long pvp queue times enough to make a difference.
People do indeed figure out how to do the things they want to do. And if they want to have fun playing a game, they find some other game rather than put up with being endlessly camped by raid teams of foul-mouthed dirtbags.
If there are transfers upcoming, what few Alliance still left will leave your servers to get away from you.
Wpvp has always been a failure. But all it took was a total lack of control to prove it can never work. You did it. You wrecked the game for short term gain.

Good riddance. 1 less Alliance dog is one less stealing materials from my raid team.
Im personally not finding a major problem. Then again I play from 3am to 9am or so. However, ive been sticking to Islands and easy farm spots no one ever goes too like the Elemental Island in STV or the Turtle area far south in Tanaris. There are multiple ways around this and places like Desolace are still very desolate.
You honestly just have to play a bit smarter. Like, give up on questing in Southshore for example. There are ways around this. I actually played at 7pm last night until 8am or so and got ganked once by just playing smarter.
Coming from Nostralius this is honestly pretty PvP lite. That was actually insane. 12k people on one server meant you honestly could barely move. I think servers right now have half that as the max limit. I fully knew what to expect and its not as bad as I thought it would be. I think some people truly didnât understand the memes and videos about Vanilla PvP. It was brutal, this isnât new, its expected.
Oh also, im Alliance on a Horde dominated server. This isnât coming from a Horde players pov.
