I mean every group looking for a tank could collect 25g each so the warrior, pala or druid can go and respec in order to tank the dungeon and afterward respec again to their original spec.

Yea, we’ll maybe you should. TBC is not unplayable without dual spec. People played it just fine back then, and they will do the same now. You’ll likely get it in Classic WotLK.
Then you didn’t fully read it, because it made perfect sense. This is a “Classic” game. It’s a recreation for those who wanted to go back and play it as it was. None of their current changes were necessary, and no further changes are needed either.

People dealt with this just fine in OG TBC, I have confidence that you can too.

almost all of those fees are trivial except epic flying when there are a large number of players with tens of thousands of gold and nothing to spend it on

I have a guild that I help and they help me back so no I don’t have to pay an arbitrary currency to someone for something that you can farm up yourself, the epic flying is the only real gold sink we have and I’d like to see more immense gold sinks like that

Regardless of that, just because a majority supports something does not mean it is a net positive or that it should be implemented into the game.

I’m agreeing that a majority use reddit and twitter and that basically a small minority use these forums. That’s all mate lol. Even Asmongold did a twitch poll about this with his 50k+ viewers and it was like 80% wanted dual spec, and the majority of his community are classic andys #nochanges. The reason people want it, is because changes have already been made (for better or worse) so dual spec isn’t going to harm the game AT ALL. Name one bad thing from dual spec being added?

I never stated that they would hold different views, only that it cannot be assumed that they hold the same views and that it certainly cannot be used as evidence to indicate anything other than that a majority of players that use Twitter and Reddit, or more specifically a majority of players that participated in the polls support dual specialization.
