They just need to make Searing Nightmare baseline and make the talent apply VT in addition to SW:P when you SN (and maybe even proc Shadowy Apparitions)

SN applying VT I can get behind because then you’d have that satisfying feeling of that wall of apparitions constantly in dungeons.

I’d totally go for something like that.
Remove Mind Flay, baseline Searing Nightmare with no needing to be channeling an ability that gets shorter as you get haste while also having both on the GCD, Searing Nightmare is a cancer on playstyle, while more damage in mass AoE, it is just a horrible feeling to even use it in its current state (which i know has been it’s ‘always’ state)
Shadow just needs a good look at and possible rework to spells. and a nice big buff
