The /spit dilemma regarding store mounts

I care - deeply.

Wait, nope, I don’t.

That’s actually really funny.

Go ahead. Your class says death knight, but I smell a white knight. Go forth and report away on your crusade to nerf the world and it’s language.

Leave poor Cladis alone. I think he actually believes this stuff.

Oh really?

Walking around on eggshells because some strangers have undetectable problems isn’t something I should have to do.

You can’t control human nature, what you can control however is the frequency of launching new micro-transactions where you know for a fact that they will cause controversy, and toxicity within the community.

But hey, if Activision Blizz want’s to sacrifice civility for the sake of pleasing shareholders, then that’s their choice.

I think you forgot “cis”.

Blizz put the/spit emote in the game so we can use it however we want. Get over it.

Nothing wrong with the people who do it, There is something wrong however with the guy who encourages others to openly insult and harass people.

You got a problem with Blizzard then take it up with them. Don’t insult people who are just buying a product.

Or they could just disable emotes. They shouldn’t have to not put mounts in the shop because some people can’t handle others buying them.

I did not consent to be spat on.

This is just… no… please stop lying.

A roleplaying emote is not “violent”. Violence involves inflicting bodily harm to another individual and is punishable in most countries.

I’m just giving you a like because I love your name.

:joy:

They also put the whistle in. 15 years ago. Jaina also used to have cleavage, and Sylvannas had a mid-riff. Times change. I think its time for /spit to go.

Quick point of personal privilege, (he/him). please do not like my posts. I have a sensory overload and the action of “liking” over stimulates my brain causing me to have anxiety.:open_hands::wave:

Not a fan of the whistle change :disappointed_relieved:

That’s fine if blizz removes it. Until then we can use it how we want.

Individuals who run around in a videogame /spitting on strangers who likely have no idea why are just outing themselves as emotional children.

Like the guy who said he was running around his capital city /spitting on anyone he saw who was not in warmode. I’m pretty sure everybody he did that to thought he was a fool.

The “problem” is self-correcting.

You can. However, if there really is this crusade against shop mounts, that’s a bit petty imo. But considering the source it came from, if true, not a bit surprised.

I hope my reply doesn’t micro-aggress your condition and I can still be an ally. I’m also a victimized group twice over. I’m short and people question my intelligence because I’m a hunter.

Bonus: I also love animals.

Asking people not to buy store mounts is fine. - That’s a peaceful protest
Asking people to spit on whoever buys mounts. - encouraging a representation of a violent action in hopes to injure a 3rd party that may or may not be effected.

AKA - Pissing off a bunch a people to get at one guy who doesn’t care.

(insert sarcastic tone here) It’s brilliant!! (this buds for you!)
