These are my favorite patches, honestly. These little improvements on the game do a lot to show that The Blue Folk are reading the forums.

I do not envy the job you have deciding which “small changes” to push up the stack and then decide how you’re going to tell the community. “but why didn’t you fix x, y, z?”

Dude there are so many simple things that could be hotfixed in that would improve the game so much. You guys are in here talking about freaking battle pets when there are entire specs not being used in high-end competitive play. Where are your priorities, really?

Yeah, because fixing a battle pet model absolutely takes the same amount of time as re-balancing broken specs.

There are a lot of things that would take less effort than this that would do a lot of good.

Considering the fix is most likely a field update in a database it is inconsequential to other work. It wouldn’t affect those working on class balance.

Personally, I doubt anyone is even working on class balance but that is another discussion, not this one.

Can you also please fix the levelling XP for battle pets.

I did a WQ and it took 16 battles against the WQ to level my pet from level 23 to level 25.

When I get around to levelling my human paladin, and obtain smoochums, I really dont want to have to do it over the course of 50? WQ. Why make the XP so ridiculously low?

The DR category of scatter shot is also probably a simple database change and would take a spec in which 6 people are playing at rival range worldwide and make it usable.
