This event is very toxic. Some people are grieving battlemasters in Shatt. Others refuse to abolish saying: go infect Horde. Not fun at all. All of this on top of server queue fiasco.
And yet there are no vendors. This event is pretty over rated imo. The zombies everywhere is fun but the player interaction side is pretty bad. What’s fun about standing around with a hundred other players fighting over the 10 mobs that slowly respawn?
This was to be expected. Considering the clustermuck that the OG event was, I’m not surprised.

What a joke. Go **** yourself blizzard. You managed to mess up this event in almost every possible way. Is it not possible for your devs to get a single win? WoTLK had been a train wreck so far and it’s not getting better. Seriously considering unsubbing, never thought I would as this is basically my favorite expansion but here we are.
Why can’t I use my boost on Eranikus to do this content on the character I actually want to play in Wotlk? I’d have held off either transferring or buying the boost if one of y’all said so in all of the blue posts encouraging us to transfer there. It’s the opposite of a fresh start, people are xferring in full gear and gold lol. I can’t even tell if they will ever be usable on the server.

so zones are showing the purple skulls, but then you get there and search all the necropolis locations as noted by scourge invasion guides and no necropolis, is the event bugged?

Why does everyone say this. YOU were less than 18 years old when Vanilla was out, not everyone.
The average age of WoW players back in the day was in their mid 20s.

Meanwhile on the rest of the servers playing anything is literally impossible because if you want to level anything you can forget it, because players are griefing and killing all the NPC’s for quests. This hot trash of a pre event was tried multiple times whether it was original Wrath, Shadowlands pre-patch or Classic Wrath and the same result always happens players grief the community and make the whole game unplayable for people that don’t have time to be on 24/7 because they actually have jobs

a few days i would like to level my character, that i thought i had until tuesday to do, and then blizzards garbage coding launched the event 5 days early

The zombie plague is scheduled for five days.
Went to plaguelands, says there’s an invasion. Went around the whole zone and there are 0 scourge for this event. Still bugged?
edit- went to winterspring. says under attack. 0 necropolis
