I’m posting here out of desperation. I’ve found only two things related to the issue I’m having with this quest. I’m playing a lvl 90 DH. I wanted to finish the campaign so I can unlock the end game content. That guy, I forget his name, isn’t there for me to turn in the quest. I did the other quests leading up to it just fine, and the other quests for the Midnight campaign work just fine for me. I’ve done all the basic troubleshooting steps that normally work when a quest is broken, but nothing is working. I’m completely locked out of the campaign until this quest is done. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to make a new character and go through all the quests again.
I have the same problem. I have tried some of the options i found in wowhead but none of them have worked for me. I am stuck and don’t know what to do. Miss those days when this kind of thing were reported in-game and a GM would solve it for you. So sad blizzard!!!
I have this issue as well. Ticket Number: US110096376 Gm just closed the ticket with copy paste reply telling me they dont help with quests. TERRIBLE customer service. What the heck happened to Blizzard.
I ended up fixing it by doing a couple of quests from the 12.0.7 patch. Did a few and when I came back, he was there.
