How do we know the people who actually moderate the game are impartial ?

If they are anything like certain MMO-Champion mods, then probably not. Fortunately, I have to date found that Blizzards moderation team and other departments tend to be some of the fairest in any game and the best in the business.

The real question that is going to test them I think, is how they moderate individuals that believe because they are X or Y, they are entitled to special privileges. Case and point this player and his rather inflammatory name. Will it be changed? Would or should we allow players named similarly, but championing or disparaging other causes*? Definition of cause in supra, above.

If Blizzard is equal in their use and application of Bahn Doomhammer, then I think for all the hue and cry on the forums, this system will work fine. Yet if they withhold judgment or punishment from one group, but punish all others with punitive measures; it will not end well for them as a company. People are at the breaking point which I have mentioned in prior posts, and Blizzard is not a giant with no competitors now.

Now you know, and knowing as we all know is half the battle.

Of course you must admit you did not know for such wisdom to aid you. Since your belief in self-perfection seems to prevent you from forward growth, resulting in a case of arrested development.
