I was just thinking about that when I read that. I really enjoyed it. As for intense horror themes, it’s pretty tame compared to what I’ve been reading lately on the forums [I jest, a little].
I’m not saying a pandaren allied race is impossible, but the allied race screen completely removes the space where a pandaren race could be at the moment. It’s probably not a good sign.

Honestly, yeah. I had that thought as well. Azshara turning against N’zoth might be a gateway for neutral naga in the future. Probably wouldn’t be under the allied race system; maybe announced as a core race for a future expansion.

I don’t see how they could be incorporated as an allied race. There is no previous lore for Alliance affinity, nor is there any in the works.
Gotta agree there, giving something as bland and terrible as mechagomes while giving an actual unique race to the horde should be criminal!!!
OHHHHHHHHHHHHH snap. Okay okay, I’m still looking forward to Hozen and Jinyu aligning with the Horde and Alliance. I hope they don’t add naga like a lot of people want…also wouldn’t make much sense.
