Personally, I don’t move because I believe it will drop fast.

I consider to make an “alt” on low pop server. For example, I never played as horde back in Vanilla. It will be like completely new game for me. But with work I don’t have time and resources to maintain 2 toons on separate servers.

I have 6 days off in a row starting Thursday so today I got up at 5am to see if there would be queue. There wasn’t so now I know what i have to do but most people don’t have that option.

The servers they told everyone to move to are full and have huge queues, too. Not really an excuse.
Here is the problem, in their zeal to be conservative they allowed few servers to absorb the initial glut of diehard Vanilla enthusiastes. Guilds chose their servers, streamers, etc. After that it was solidified for those that chose their servers and especially those with their chosen reserved names.
There is NO WAY they are going to another server and adding more showed this massive error on Blizzard’s part.
We have guilds and friends. Blizzard didn’t release enough realms, Blizzard screwed this up, their behavior is PROOF of this. They have released 16 more realms since yesterday. They had two weeks to do that.

This…so many freaking times this. How can they see that moving servers over and over isn’t a solution if you don’t get to keep your character progression when they brand new LOW population server insta fills. We have 125,000 people sitting in queues and only about 5k can be signed onto a server at any time. No one wants to REROLL every night because their server filled while they were asleep and now they have 5 level 15 characters on 5 different full servers from rerolling.
Not really sure what’s going on with this post, but it made me laugh so thumbs up.
Your guilds and friends have been playing for maybe a day. You all can reroll if you’re upset enough.

Why didn’t they have more servers available when they allowed us to save names? Now its a cluster F to try and get everyone on the same server let alone get the names they saved prior. Miserable failure of a launch
