Not everyone, obviously. I’ve seen some people that bought it say they wish they hadn’t for that reason, though. They wanted to unsub but have six months of sub time from that deal.
I completely missed the bundle and wish I knew about it. I want a ship :c I missed the stream ticket for gunships the other blizzcon, too.
What I love about BfA was that it made me realize that the hype was a scam and going forward I will now be wary of any games coming out into the market and not purchase them until perhaps a year or so after if the reviews are still truly positive.
I feel that way for anything EA puts out now lol

Horde storyline. (Yes, this character despises Sylvanas and Nathanos, but I’m sure we’ll do something about that eventually…)
Zone design - most of the zones are fantastic. (I’m not a fan of the Alliance quest flow in Tiragarde Sound, but that’s a minor problem I hope they’ll pay a bit more attention to in the future.)
Ul’dir - really liking what they’ve done with raid mechanics this time around, especially given that this is the first raid tier in the expansion. I hope that continues.
This is one of the best parts so far…love the voice acting.
The one thing I enjoy about BFA?
It finally got me to not renew my sub, I am saving money now.
The art and zones, pretty solid concepts, and all beautiful in their own way.
That is a positive in this economy. Glad you are saving money and probably lots of time too. You can probably make more money now by not resubbing. See always a positive.
Everything is fun about bfa to me except gcd.
Cool pets. Armor sets. Beautiful art work. Quests are pretty good especially in drust.
Only issue is class balances and gcd.
Thats what I was getting at. I will more than likely be back later in the expansion, 8.2 most likely. I know I will be back for the next expansion.
Theres just nothing in this expansion that I find enjoyable. I have been playing nearly non stop for 6 years, so its probably burn out that finally got to me.
I dont hate BfA or WoW atm, I just dont enjoy it and I am glad that I am not playing because it has freed up my time to try new things. I am about to start my first ever DnD campaign because I have the time to do so.
So thank you Blizzard, you have given me 6 years of fun and several months of me questioning what I am doing with my life to realise that I dont HAVE to play WoW if its not fun and that Im not always going to find it fun.
Hopefully the magic comes back one day but if it doesnt, well, I will be sad but I had a good run and made some real friends (some of which I flew to the other side of the planet to meet in real life).
It will end.
The art did a great a job. The zones are beautiful and the questing experience is enjoyable. The racial armor for vanilla races is a great idea.

Gnomes get some attention in 8.1 (though I am not 100% sure it will be what we want exactly)
detail for the zones are nice
Goblin gliders are useful (for now)
That’s about it as far as from the top of my head.
i like the new “poses” that some of the npcs have- like the “leaning on the fence” one, or the “hand on the weapon hilt” one. gives the npcs a nice lively feel. also:
