Just pointing out that someone who plays roughly 4 hours saturday and 4 hours sunday each week would hit the mythical 1 month /played in the lifespan of classic. That’s by no means no-lifing it.
they have the choice to level from 1 to learn the game if that’s what they feel they should do.
If spending a lot of time playing WoW is pathetic, then spending a lot of time arguing about WoW on the forums is… something.
Who said pathetic? I was going against his argument that 1 month+ of /played is somehow normal in the player population.
1 month = 30 days = 720 hours
On average, that’s approximately 1 hour a day for the entire 2 years of an expansion’s lifespan. Plus or minus extra hours for longer play sessions, fewer for days off and breaks, 1 month of /played for the life cycle of an expansion sounds perfectly fair to me
Someone who plays an hour every day is a normal player to you?
Yes. It’s called an average, not “literally one hour every day”
You think a normal player plays an average of an hour a day over the course of 18 months?
No, I think a normal player plays an average of an hour per day over the course of 24 months
and the raiders, who have consumed everything already, have thus unsubbed till next expac, while the casuals are still leveling their professions. hehe
Plenty of ad hominems to go around from both sides but countering your arguments isnt hostility.
