I have two disabilities. They do not interfere with my ability to play games, but they do bring physical pain and interfere with my life in other areas, so that is the source of my response/reception of these kinds of discussions.
I have largely stayed away from the threads specific to accessibility as well. As you say, I have felt it best (for the most part) to let the people who use those tools in WoW speak on what they need, want, and/or are unhappy about with the alpha changes.
