Cause thats what paladins, druids, shamans are designed to be
the more buffs you ask for these classes damage for the sake of your place on a DPS meter, the more these classes will become broken in PvP because versatility is already so powerful in the right hands. Adding more damage capability to this toolkit makes it become OP
