The Horde was never a nomadic culture. The only culture within the Horde with nomadic ties were the Tauren, who immediately gave that nonsense up and built Thunder Bluff the instant the Horde killed/drove off all the Centaur for them. Centaur who had nearly driven them to extinction during that whole idiot nomad business.
The Orcs? Had agriculture going back to before the Horde. The Goblins? They literally built Ogrimmar. The Ogres? Had a whole freakin’ Empire. The Trolls? Some of the oldest cities on Azeroth are Trollish.
Even the Tauren have largely settled offshoots in Northrend and the Broken Isles.
The only actually nomadic race still among the Horde? The Vulpera. And if there’s a single race that takes more crap than the Blood Elves from the “NOT MUH HORDE!” crowd, it’s them.
The Horde? They may have had a Warrior culture, but nomadic? Absolutely not.
