For me it’s priest. I only play shadow on priests, never disc or holy.

I only played Frost when I was maining my DK, and I am only playing Arcane on this mage.

I only really play Holy on my Priest.

For quite awhile outside PvP, Holy was the only viable Priest spec, Shadow had niche uses and disc no one really cared about until WOTLK.

This hunter and beast master spec. She’s my first toon from vanilla, she remains my main.
I was a dog trainer in real life, and animals have been my life. I have no desire to use any other spec that doesn’t allow me all the pets I want.

I only play BM hunters… and for priest I’m disc when I solo always. If I am forced to group it’s one of the others.

Only Havoc DH. No tanking.
Hunter is only BM.
Druid is only Feral.
Warrior is only Fury.
Rogue is only Outlaw.
Monk is only WW.

With my pally I only play it in tank spec. I find that heaps of fun to play with and even stay like that when leveling. So much fun rounding up heaps of enemies and then burning them down.

Druid: Moonkin
Hunter: No thx I’m not THAT bad at the game
Rogue: Every spec feels the same
Warrior: Same as hunter
DK: Unholy
Mage: Fire because I like giving a solution to things and make it stay final.
Warlock: I like all of them
Shaman: Elemental? Recently used Enhancement until it was completely destroyed.
Priest: Shadow
Paladin: I play any of them but feel dirty while doing so
Monk: Find it too boring to play for some reason
DH: I like Vengeance

Pretty much play one spec across all of my characters:

I prefer healing in group content on Juju (trust me, you don’t want me dpsing on my shaman, I am not good at it). I prefer melee dps on this one.

My pally and warrior, I prefer tank specs with.

On my hunter, I’m currently just stuck with BM because I refuse to ever touch SV again (unless it’s reverted back to being non-melee) and I have never enjoyed playing MM in any iteration.

Demon Hunter: Havoc only.
Druid: Feral only.
Hunter: BM only.
Mage: All specs.
Monk: BrM only.
Paladin: Prot and Ret only.
Priest: All specs.
Rogue: Assassin only.
Shaman: Enhancement only.
Warlock: All specs.
Warrior: All specs.

With how you need nine to twelve pieces of armor to multi spec this xpac. Pretty much everyone is just stuck with playing one spec.

its veng or nothing, baby. havoc is such an awkward snore. its like falling asleep at your desk and snorting yourself awake and having people only then realize you were asleep.

considering i play a bear, i know what snore-bores are…

Priest: Shadow only. Never ever healing again.
Warrior: Protection only. Just don’t enjoy the other specs very much.
Shaman: Enhancement only. Don’t enjoy elemental, never ever healing again.

The rest I switch around whenever I feel like. I’m mostly demonology on my warlock, but I try affliction every now and then until I remember why I don’t like it.
