Orweyna will be a part of the 11.1. So I think we will get more things about Haranir and some new Haranir characters in the 11.2.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Rootlands was the 11.2 zone, with playable Haranir appearing either with the patch itself or in 11.2.5.
