I’m certainly hoping we’ll get them playable. But then you’d be ending two expansions with something druid-y which seems iffy. On the other hand, though, the roots of Elun’Ahir are a result of a titan (Eonar) using Life instead of Order because she loved Elune, so there’s a potential bit of leaning into the Worldsoul narrative there.
Another option is they could show up as playable in The Last Titan where their story would have a bit more relevance, and also callback to Dragonflight a bit since Iridikron will show up again TLT.
