Are you suggesting that a crit/mastery weapon is bis for hpal? Because it sure isn’t. The haste/vers one in vaults is better, by a large margin.
They aren’t doing that anymore though.
So why not just keep all the DF dungeons open and rotate the old xpac ones?

I can understand where they are coming from. SL season 3 was quite boring at the end after a year and a half of the same dungeons over and over.
You don’t want too many dungeons in rotation at once, makes it hard for casual players to learn and do all 12 on both weeks for KSM.
