Arkaan is the author of GRM, which is basically an addon that helps deal with a lot of the bugs and problems that Blizzard have introduced to guilds and never fixed. It doesn’t help with all, but certainly some and makes life as a guild leader easier.
Blizzard have apparently not done with bashing guilds just yet …
