Or I could just play the game and ignore this game-destroying eSports stuff instead.

You could do that.
But so far you are not.

let’s have one for remix too. That would be much more entertaining.

The company has to stop with this nonsense. Between RWF, MDI and AWC, we don’t receive game balancing changes until this stuff ends.

The viewer base can’t possibly be big enough to warrant ignoring the feedback. It’s just pandering to the very select few who participate in this sort of thing.

Just think of how good this game could be if they stopped trying to shoehorn e-sports into a game that isn’t properly balanced.

Please stop calling this MDI. It itsn’t MDI. It’s TGP. TGP sucks. Bring back the real MDI.

Another chance for Dorki to get banned for using an older potion lol!

No, I view this as a waste of time, money and resources that could be better spent by increasing in-game content

I could not give less of a rats behind if I tried :unamused:

It’s still not StarCraft 1, is it? Stay salty, Blue Boys.

MDI Hype!..

Damn $300k in the line ooooooo goodluck Liquid and Method

Great another event where the players get all the perks in this game, even get paid. An event to show what? seems the same people doing the same things.
I once saw a video of players having practice runs, the thing was they did not bust a key, that wiped went out reset and went again. Learning new ways to run m+ keys is great, but for us paying customers, people that work, raise kids, help raise grandkids, we bust a key it is just done.
Not the pros… nope… here try again!
Oh I am not excited EVER about these things.
Now… do a per server run the exact same way, find the best of REAL players who actually live outside the game, Then take those and have something like this… that I would watch… even care about.
Same goes for world 1st on anything…
You have the pros and the people that actually make this game what it is…
Us common folk will never get world 1st anything… well the job does get in the way… maybe have 2 areas…
Pros…
and…
Joe’s/ Janes!

I don’t like interrupting someone sundowning, but are you okay?

They are calling it MDI because everyone kept making :poop: jokes about “The Great Push”.

I’m not into watching esports. Who’s with me? It’s more fun to play the game on your own than it is to watch someone else play. Video games are not sports or even close- they’re the opposite.

100% with you.

If fishing and bowling are “sports”, then so is video gaming.

I’ll prepare for bricked keys when ordinary tanks try to copy what they see in the MDI.

I agree, it was fun when things took time to actually kill. Everyone thinks these jamokes like Method, etc and such are such elite players when they stack classes in raids and then the s%it rolls downhill for balancing.

I’ve almost always been a PvP player. With the addition of so much solo content like solo shuffle and delves it got me back into wow. As I continued to play I’m getting interested in doing mythic + and maybe even some raiding again.

(Now for the main point of this post) I enjoy watching the AWC and it makes me excited to play more arena. I was hoping to get the same feeling with the MDI but the MDI is needlessly confusing. I have no idea what they’re doing and if it’s good or bad. Where are they in the process of this event? What’s next? Why are they running the same dungeons multiple times and with different classes? I think the format for this event could be simplified to make it easier to follow and enjoy.

Watching the MDI should get me hyped to play mythic + myself. If I come into the stream and find the process confusing it actually almost deters me from playing mythic +. I really enjoy that blizzard does these events and just think they can be improved (great hosts that help clarify and production). I’m also aware that this may just be a me issue but I thought I’d voice my concerns.
