On Classic, got savage gladiator chain and hand of justice in the same run.
Last week I got Invincible after God knows how many runs, then straight after I got the Azure Drake. This week I got the Brewfest ram on one alt, then right after on the next I got the kodo.
I got Anzu in under 100 runs, thats pretty lucky.
Luckiest I’ve ever been in my 12 or so years playing WoW is that my BiS Covenant is also the one I like the most aesthetically and lore wise.

On this hunter, I tamed Loque’ on my first attempt. I was patrolling Sholazar, and found him on my second loop (iirc).
Swooped down, tamed, done.
I was so new to the game I never even understood what I had done or how lucky I had been!

In BC I soloed against 2 ret pallies on my frost mage in Hellfire Peninsula. They brought me to 1% health on three separate occasions. A single crit or dot tick and I would have died.
I was able to kill both of them through Lay on Hands and bubbles on each.
Those ret pallies kept me from getting up and going outside to get the grill prepped. After I killed them, I got up to head outside and lightning struck the grill and destroyed it and blew out 2 of our windows. I would have been a toasted marshmallow of a person.

It all comes at a cost. I used up ALL my luck and get hammered by the old gods of RBG for everything else.

Eye of Eternity…both drakes dropped in the same run (Azure and Blue -I think it was the blue). Was very surprised. Happened years ago. Still remember the moment like it was yesterday.
My mount luck is garbage. So, I’ll go with my WM 3 gankers vs. me and I killed them all and then proceeded to out maneuver and kill a DH in Tiraguarde.

The Afterlives short just got me hooked on the Covenant and they just seem very regal, yet evil and dark (like vampires…of course). Very excited to play through that Covenant, and Mindgames is also an awesome spell.
Memeing aside, in terms of RNG luck in the game I think that getting Armageddon on my first ever Naxx run might be the luckiest I’ve ever been.
First kill of Deathwing on Heroic netted me TWO No’kaleds. As an Enhance, I totally squeeled.
Failed to negotiate a turn and went over a cliff… into a muddy field that barely even banged up my car. Also flipped a quad and according to witnesses me dodging it as it almost fell on me was like something out of the matrix. Oh and one time I wanted the blue dagger from black fathom trash and got it in the first pull.
I have had lucky mount drops, in just two weeks I got the three mounts, with some serious mount farming that had been wanting the most, and one of them had been running that darn dungeon for what felt like forever. I feel very lucky!
I got one of those myself months back and still have no use for it. I wish I could just give it to my friend as at least it would get used instead of just sitting in my backpack collecting dust.
Not my luck but a friend of mine managed to get both brewfest mounts and ashes back to back to back.
He was the mist hated person in the discord for a few days.
both warglaives withing 24 hours of each other.

My alt DK is my lucky mount toon, but I’m afraid to test him luck further. First run ever on him in ICC on my 2nd account after countless runs on my old one, he got Invincible.
Then a couple weeks ago after farming Rustfeather for the mount since Mechagon released, I leveled the DK and took him out there and he got it on his first kill.
As a side note, after never in my 13 years getting either Brewfest Mount, I got both in the same week last week. 
But not on the DK.
