As it stands now, there is a chance to get 0% use out of this capstone talent if you are unlucky. This talent also heavily favors DW over 2H. My proposal would make 2H and DW 100% Equal with this capstone AND have 100% effectiveness on our capstone. Simply have KM consumed during pillar extend your pillar by 1 second up to a maximum of 6. Weaving FS/OBLIT is 12 globals and 6 KM procs. Getting the maximum value out of our capstone consistently and balanced for both weapon types. Please make this change
You know, I’ve been kind of perplexed about this node… At least it’s not a Crit has a chance unlike IDT and KM for DW.
Come to think of it… does MotFW also effect IDT when the auto even crits?
What’s the point of changing Icecap into just a flat CDR when there is yet another form of CDR that naturally scales well with DW due to it tied to AAs?
The capstone line is kind of… again… perplexing to me to say the least…
Need to be fact checked on it but I believe it does turn into a guarantee proc.
But I hear ya why should we have to talent into a basically a reverse CDR, just balance the cooldown for the duration and CDD ffs lol.

Is there anything lamer than having your spec function around auto attack crits?
If our stuff was based on any of our ability criting like pyromancers have, it probably even out a bit better. Or at least feel more directly interactive.
It’s absolutely terrible. FDK needs a functional rework. You stack crit to make your spec actually function and it has no synergy like destro increases damage with crit. If you stack mastery your spec fails to even function properly. It’s such an archaic design. My WW monk, pop 2 globals and I’m doing 1m+ DPS frost dk? Grip, sleet, death and decay, remorseless, FwF, Reapers, HB, NOW you can cleave. Oh they trinket the stun and disarmed you. Better luck next minute when they have disarm back again

Having so much tired to auto attacks is the core issue plaguing DW vs 2h.
Both long winter and IDT were introduced to give crit more value, which I think it has done well since my sims just want as much crit as possible. But relying on AA is super lame. Would love to see a normalised way of things like km, long winter and IDT proccing.
