Because some people enjoy fun stuff like that. Not everyone feels the same way you do.

Okay, and a lot MORE people don't enjoy it.

I tried to lifegrip over the hunter stuck on the other side but it failed. That's too bad cuz Leap of Faith was sure useful in old dungeons/raids with mechanics like that.
it's a filter

I don't really mind it as I don't normally have much difficulty with it but it would be nice if once one person or most of the group completed it that it could just be skipped by the last one or two guys that's really struggling with it.

I imagine it sucks and can be really frustrating to be that guy that's blatantly holding up the group because you're struggling with it, especially if it's because of lag or framerate issues.

Blizzard just needs to add a lever or something at the end that turns the lighting off. It's no fun waiting several minutes for the tank or healer to get through. I've had to resort to using my swapblaster to get people to the end. Swapping one person to the end isn't too bad, but two or more takes time because of the cooldown, and it would really eat away at the timer in M+.

Upon thinking about it, the bigger complaint imho should be the corridor after the 1st boss.
The arrow shots have no group reticule (or shadow) to avoid and appear to land at random. It appears to be nothing but sheer dumb luck which gets you through this, and with the shots knocking you further back as well as taking a good 1/3 chunk of your health it is very punishing with very little area to react.

They do have clear markings on the ground. If you can't see anything then something is wrong with your settings.

Really? I get the smoke when they hit but that is it. Everyone I play with also seems to have the same issue.
Do you happen to know what setting it might be under and I'll investigate it more tonight.
If that is truly the case then there isn't any issue that people should have with this or the lightning maze imo.

Or kill an enemy to turn it off, like in ToT with the winds inbetween the first and second bosses.

After holding the group up for 2 minutes on this because of my frame rate, I ask myself the same thing.

Eventually, I just died and let them rez me.
Feels good to be able to just Heroic Leap over the entire thing.
Rogues can just shadowstep to an ally who's already made it past the maze aswell.
If you can get pass this without a problem, bring a swapblaster with you and help other who cannot get pass. win win for everyone.
Go back to Naxx and practice with Frogger.

Your Transmog would be sick if you had Mythic Gor'gah, High blade of the Gorians
It's really fun, and I admit to a secret sadistic pleasure in watching some people fail it over and over again while I /dance.

Honestly, I didn't think it worked that well. Thanks for the suggestion

Reminds me of the ability, "attunement" from Heart of Fear but on a less intense scale since you don't have to worry about dpsing while moving through all that.

That was such a nightmare to heal
It needs to be made more forgiving.

Instead of starting you over if you fail, it should stun you for a second and let you continue.
All of Temple of Sethraliss seems like it's meant to mess with m+. It might be fun to watch or do with friends but I'm definitely going to avoid timed runs of that dungeon.
While I do think it's fun, I hope they consider either removing it for M+ or giving us some kind of bad luck protection. It's a unique mechanic that doesn't really exist in other areas of the game.

Having said that it's really not too difficult to get used to, although I can certainly see how some people would struggle with it.

Oddly enough, Druid travel form works in there even though mounts don't. So if I ever get into a run with someone who just can't pull it off I wouldn't mind letting them hop aboard so I can carry them through.
It's really not that hard though. There is a pattern to it where you can more or less just walk through.

With that said, I've definitely had groups where it took 5 minutes for someone to figure it out and I'm sure it was luck rather than skill.

One way or another it will not be a dungeon I'm looking to tank, at least not with my key, in m+

Maybe it's just in my head, but I turn down the brightness and have a better go of it.

And if you time it right, Void Rift can pass through the first.
