The 'Leak': New Race - Dragonkin!

Dragonkin Tinkers. I like it.

Maaaaybe if I could be a grumbie.

Sand and Voodoo Gnomes really do need to be playable. I mean they are the most advanced race in the game, capable of translocation from Azeroth to Outland, since they were establishing colonies in the Bone Wastes with Arthas’ cousin long before the Alliance ever showed up.

A territorial and warlike people, they could help thin the Vulpera population.

You joke, but I genuinely would like the Sand Gnomes to be playable.
They could probably be Shamans.
Who knows, maybe they’d join the Horde instead of the Alliance.

Please go to the Sand Gnome thread. This is the Dragonkin thread. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Jokes aside, having an influx of various races introduced at once would be cool. There’s a heap of existent races across Azeroth that’d be cool to bring into the fold to fight for the world & various affiliations and causes.

I know your joking, but IS THERE a Sand Gnome thread?

If they can’t be monks, I couldn’t care less and don’t want them.

Well, back in August I believe there was actually a thread; stating they should join forces with the regular gnomes, named - Sand-gnomes should join the regular gnomes’.

Then go on a different thread, instead of derailing something others are passionate about. Also, you monks have had enough /shoo

Well, this would be really insanely awesome. Too good to be true, I fear…

To all the doubters @ Dragon-race: "HAH!"

Ahem … As for the rest, would anyone want a Dragon-race where you can be all classes? Well for an idea: In terms of Dragon races, there’s not just one — aside from the Drakthyr, they also have the Drakonid.

With Drakonid they have a bulkier Dragonform, which if made playable could be paired with the humanoid form (As Dragons do) able to mingle with various classes. Additionally they’re already presently seen throughout the game since vanilla. I’m sure majority of players wouldn’t mind it being a half-way point rewarded to players for content (Eg. Completing main story questline up to a certain point, on any toon for the Dragonflight expansion).

Thoughts / Ideas / Feelings to add? :open_mouth:

People will keep complaining until Blizzard opens the dragons up to more playable classes, that’s a given. If Blizzard wants to save time and a headache they might as well schedule when that will happen now.

I feel Drakonid would be a good solution to that.

That way they’d be able to hold that they stuck to their word about Drakthyr, but reward the players with another Dragon race - awarded to those that dabbled into the waters of the story & gameplay.
