I’m not cheesing anything I don’t even use sniper shot. Last season I got 2744cr and my Crimson Legend Pennant. This season that doesn’t feel remotely possible when every lobby is full of Glad mounts and titles. Last season they would have been 3200 while I was 2700. It just feels bad that they put elite weapons (formerly 2100) at 2400 rating, and then hard capped shuffle to 2800cr so Duelists don’t fight amongst themselves, they only fight Glads/R1s and their alts past 2100. This problem then trickles down the ladder to people getting stuck under 2k when they were previously 2100+ and then further down people not even able to get elite sets when they have otherwise got one every season since BFA.

Last season at 2744cr I was rank 165. This season at 2284cr I hit rank 86. It feels like playing better for less rewards, and fighting an uphill battle against players who should be over 3k by now and not smurfing me at 22xx

For all the gatekeepers denying this truth even Venruki talks about this exact issue.

Down to 2039 now I’m out. Don’t care enough for the blue transmog weapons to suffer any more smurfing. Such a bad game.

So you never got to Glad but youre upset when you have to fight glads nearly the cutoff for Glad mount? You got to beat them and atleast trade games consistently with them to be one. It actually sounds like youre getting better and youre on the typical progression arc. It gets harder as you get better and higher. Stick with it and you will get it by end of season.

To get close to 2.3k, you’re well above normal. It sucks, but the tough competition will only make you better and winning will be so much sweeter. Good luck on your journey.

A 1-5 when he post the way he does tells anyone with a brain that it’s 100% his fault for the loss.

2744 cr in shuffle last season is like 1900 currently.

Elite appearances should be at elite it was dumb it was at 2100 before.

The glads you’re fighting at your rating are duelist. They just got boosted in some fashion either by comp or inflation.

You mean boosted players who got too used to inflation and easy rewards are now getting ego checked by being where they belong now.

Ven talks about anything that will keep his 1600 viewerbase happy.

You’re bad and raging instead of fixing the problem which exist between your chair and keyboard.

Today i hit 2356, got into a good lobby, was 3 wins 1 loss, round 5 the holy paladin quits. I only got 14 points and hit 2370. Then I got 4 awful lobbies in a row and fell to 2183. This game is INFURIATING. If that H Paladin didn’t quit i could of been 2.4 instead now 2 weeks of progress was undone in 4 lobbies.

I mean I just 4-2ed a double MM lobby after a 5-1 and got 20 points. If I 2-4 I lose like 40 minimum. Definitely hanging it up myself if I don’t get there soon. Won two double MM games against Aug/DK for those 20 points lol
