Technically only if fully becoming a robot removes the individuals freewill.
Firewall for instance I RP as a brain in a jar controlling a robotic body. Despite damage to his brain that limits his speech he actually still possesses his freewill.
So I think there’s enough leeway to give folk the option.
That said Kelfin should totally be an AR. 
We can be vocal too by the way. I know there is in fact a lot of support for kelfin as a playable race. In time hopefully people will understand.

Many others are Titanborn.
And some others are unaffiliated.

Don’t be smug little vulpera. We may not have gotten gilgoblins, but I know for a fact you wanted Sethrak and didn’t get that either and I am also a mechagnome fan.
Vulpera is a plague unleashed into wow, they must all be destroyed!
While I cannot speak for Grandbrae who clearly… does… seem to have a problem with Vulpera, I can assure you most gilgoblin/Kelfin fans have little to no issues with Vulpera.
In fact I rather love mine.
I dont think she was trying to be smug. Grandbrae suggested (in fact I think we all sorta did) that Vulpera were given because fans of them begged. Her question is more or less valid to ask.

But I heard vulpine meat can be made into good dishes! After you remove the sections of their bodies that makes them meme everywhere.
Thats kind of dark. A lot of us aren’t happy vulpera seemingly came in place of gilgoblins, but it isn’t a good idea to talk like this. It can give people a bad impression.

I should be careful not to misjudge so if it was a joke my apologies. With jokes like that though. Wanna be careful that it is obvious that its a joke. I have a character named foxhunter that I’ve sometimes said stuff like that before. Just be cautious it doesn’t come off as serious.
What happened to that charecter?
I deleted it a while ago cause the VHC was using that character to argue I was only supporting gilgoblins cause of furryphobia and stuff like that. I may bring that character back then since I think my fanart proves my support for gilgoblins is genuine and tbh I just don’t care too much if they hate that character. That character was never meant to be taken so seriously though.
I don’t have a problem with Vulpera in itself. I think they are a great race for the horde. The main problem I have is that they seemingly came in place of gilgoblins and because a lot of the Vulpera fanbase was were spreading some very nasty ideas about gilgoblins and their fans and trying to marginalize the fanbase. This is the main issue I have in all of this.
