Joyous Journey was last turned on October 8th with Firelands opening November 7th, so I think a loose estimate would be Dragon Soul (and the 3 5-player dungeons that accompany it) will probably open the end of February?
You currently get 30% XP buff for doing 4 TW dungeons and 5% per level 80 character you have already, up to 25%. Levelling in retail feels faster than it’s ever been.
You guys know what this means right? DS is going to be out soon. within in the next 4-6 weeks.
Don’t we already get 5% extra xp per 80 you have up to 20%. Not so sure that’s necessary but I wouldn’t complain haha
Very wishful thinking im and hoping you’re right but with 0 communication its hard to say. We usually get first rounds of PTR like a month ahead. Not looking good

The pattern is as follows:
The JJ buff lasts 4-6 weeks, which also starts the timeline for the new phase (January 21st - March 1st).
Two weeks later, the PTR is launched (week of February 4th).
2-3 weeks later, the new phase is launched (February 18th - 25th), most likely the week of the 25th.
1-2 weeks later, the new raid is launched (week of March 10th or 17th), and since raids launch on a Thursday, that would give us a good estimate of DS launching on either 03/13/2025 or 03/20/2025.
If Dragon Soul launches on March 13th, that would make the Firelands raid tier last 18 weeks since Firelands launched on 11/07/2024.
If it launches on March 20th, that would make the tier last 19 weeks.
Both line up with Blizzard’s timeframe for raids.
That isn’t expected until 2026. Tho I can’t wait TBC was better than MoP.
GDKPs are not carries. Do not be upset that I have more gold in Classic than you do in Retail. Your jealousy is really unbecoming. Why don’t you go worry about your own clears? I heard you can’t even clear normal Firelands and you’re upset about people who do GDKPs and don’t hide behind their retail characters so people can’t see their classic logs.

Blizzard stated “Winter 2025”. I posted my speculation based on Blizzard’s previous releases. I could be off by a week or two. This is a speculation; we won’t know exactly for sure until Blizzard announces the end of the arena season. The first season in Cataclysm lasted about 20 weeks. My speculation is that Firelands will last 18-19 weeks, which is on par with the first arena season. Thus, suggesting that the raid launches the week of March 13th or March 20th is not far-fetched. Again, this is speculation.
I can say with 100% certainty that DS will not launch this month. This is because Blizzard has not announced the end of the arena season or even given the usual two-week notice that the season is ending. Additionally, we have not seen DS on the PTR either.
