When I briefly tested this I did not see any buff for the Jastor Diamond in my buff bar while killing enemies in a Delve (solo, with Brann).

sad. I decided not to get it, as I also don’t need the 6k+ mastery on it.
Funny enough, at 671 the trinkets from Delves, namely Funhouse + Suspicious are much better than any of the raid/m+ trinkets for my stormbringer shaman. They get beaten at higher ilvls, which are not accessible to me.
All I have left to buy with chips are transmogs 
Do you need to min/max delves? The Jastor Diamond still has your top 2 recommended stats based on the sims so even without the added effect it’s a huge item for your shaman.
If you’re an achievement hunter and you don’t have another healer it’d be worth it to at least pick up the Mister Pick-me-up and do your 11s as a healer for the Algari Delver achievements.
When I’m running delves as my holy priest self, I just equip the circlet with damage gems in it in place of the diamond, because mastery doesn’t help whatsoever with my damage.
I still need to run the T11 delves as healer for the achievements and forgot about the gems in the circlet - may give the damage ones a try since my priest is rarely played and has meh gear, making the few I already did at T8 for vault a bit slow.
Have you tried the Mister Pick-Me-Up in delves - was thinking of running LFR for the dinar and picking up the trinket?
Mr pick me up is great in delves, the damage it does when Brann, my MC’d minion and I are at full health is pretty good. It can be up to 3-5% of my damage. The gems in the ring will contribute 3-5% per damage gem as well.
