Since returning to the game prior to Dragonflight I have had several issues crop up. All of them I have been given the same solution. Put in a suggestion. Can we just call that feature of support what it is? The garbage. The customer service people are basically using it as an excuse to not address problems. Just have us toss it into the garbage…I mean suggestion area to be ignored. My entire experience with getting help has folloed the same pattern.
- Send in a ticket
- Wait between 2-7 days to hear a response
- Receive w boiler plate “look at troubleshooting section”
- Reply that the issue isn’t addressed in trouble shooting which is why I sent a ticket.
5.wait another 2-7 days for reply - Receive reply saying they cannot help and I should put in a suggestion.
I do not think asking for customer service/ in game help/ tech support to actually help is asking too much.
