Agreed. Keeping everything the same on the new model (demanded) as the old (long existed) should remove any further issues concerning this particular warlock pet.

Nope. There is one Succubus with an armor and pants (Fel Succubus). It’s a glyph you get from a dungeon.

But the default Succubus as well as the Shadow Succubus (another glyph) still have their sexy ‘‘clothes’’.

Well, if it’s the same animation for both the succubus AND the incubus, then I have zero issue with it.
If they had removed it from the succubus and then added it to the incubus, that would be the pinnacle of hypocrisy.
I do find it funny that the succubus now has more clothing than the incubus tho… but w/e not a huge deal.
Yeah well the Succubus is not suppose to be some dominatrix and yet no one seems to have a problem with her being one and not “fitting” standard lore. In fact I find the idea that Warcraft has to fit some stardard lore to be hilarious(Dark elves/Drows are suppose to be evil and yet night elves are on the good alignement spectrum)
It is ultimately because a topless male has always had a different and less offensive connotation then a topless female.

It’s just hilarious how Blizzard fails at trying to “fix” thing…such as covering up Sylvanas’ midriff with BROWN material that sticks out like a sore thumb on her attire.
It’s looks TERRIBLE…almost like they wanted people to notice how much it’s stands out and get pissed about it.
Not to mention how they bring it back in the last cinematic when showing pre-death Sylvanas…
I think part of it is just how differently the male body is regarded vs. the female’s. Tumblr’s nipplegate comes to mind lmao.
Also, the lingerie-style cincher the succbus has is still considered sexy, while there’s really no masculine equivalent to that look. 
But I don’t think we can look at her default appearance and claim it’s intended to be anything less than sexually provocative lol. Even with the pants, imo. And glyphs aren’t well-advertised to begin with. The only reason I knew about the Voidlord glyph, for example, was simply because I saw him everywhere and ended up googling it.
ANYWAY, I think they got the spirit of it right with the incubus. Although one thing I will say is that his design is less interesting than his sister’s. But idk how it could be improved without either comparatively overdressing him, or putting him in fetish gear like a harness or whatever – which I’m sure would’ve crossed the same arbitrary line as you say Sylvanas’s midriff did.
No, I just requested they’d change it. I’d say moving the hip movement and keeping the spank would be an improvement. Or at least make him smile or something cuz he looks like he’s having a bad time. That would make me actually use him, but to like him? That would take a lot more.
Literally look thru my post history. 50% is asking for an incubus, lmao. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed by this model and the animation.
The only thing weird to me is that the Incubus has a distended/bloated torso. That’s an aesthetic you usually only see on unnatural bodybuilders.

no, i’m sure they had a few people, and that’s exactly why it wasn’t a consideration back then- there wasn’t nearly enough of a demand to invest the time to supply.
people tend to forget this is a business after all.
Just a reminder: ‘equal’ doesn’t always mean ‘the same’.
‘2+2’ = ‘8-4’. But they are not the same.
Male and female are equal (or should be) in the eyes of the law, but biologically they are not the same.

I also dislike the Incubus, the model is just gross ew…He looks like an ugly teenager, IMO a vile abomination…Yuck! The animations are also borderline terrible. After so many years, I would have thought we would get something a lot better than this…
