After starting playing in November of 2009 and my First Hallows End event in October 2010 I finally got the The Horseman’s Reins on October 26, 2020. I cannot tell you how many times I ran that dungeon over the years. I have 20 max characters that queued that dungeon every day this year and most had very longqueues. Nothing has even changed this year. Same boring content that I won’t have to do any more since I received the mount.
wish they would make it BOE i keep getting is multiple times every holiday would love to give it to friends or even someone in my party that doesnt have it yet

The drop rate works the same as brewfest manuscript for Arfus and the new manuscript so unless you want to just make yourself miserable only do it on 1 toon a day.
