The Horde will never change without punishments

so when are night elves going to apologize for literal centuries of killing all who didn’t leave their land when the elves wanted it?

I mean, it’s not even 8.3 yet when it’s offically finished and everything happens.

It takes time to completely restructure things, do you want sylvanas loyalists sneaking around burning stuff during rebuilding? Sabotaging and killing people to try to keep things going?

I’ve nothing against actually helping out in Ashenvale and Darkshore, I refused to even participate in the questlines with how much i -hated- what was going on there.

But there’s alot to do, and not much time has passed “Canonically”

He who wins judges others with his criminal system.

Azeroth is out of its jurisdiction.

There is a novel called that.

They judge Garrosh

So war crimes exist.

HE KNOWS THE RULES OF HIS WORLD BETTER THAN YOU.

oh in that case, if sylvanas wins since her judgement system doesn’t count her acts as genocide it’s fine to slaughter every race in the alliance to the last man and it’s fine right?

moreover, what happens if everyone decides that anduin is a punk and that the alliance would be better off if they flayed him and stuck him on the gates of stormwind?

might doesn’t = right, it’s a terribly dangerous system

sounds like the words of a dictator

no one said war crimes don’t exist, but EVERYONE agreed what garrosh did was a war crime, not one child prince

last i checked he wasn’t the only one in azeroth, even among the alliance he has little authority

Do you live in azeroth have your law book on hand?

As a dinactarian, he is aware of the criminal code that is handled in Azherot.

oh, so as long as one individual in a world claims that something is wrong it makes it so?

you do know sylvanas is ~2600+ years older than anduin right?
if we’re going off of a “well he’d know the laws” do you think that beings that have existed before stormwind was ever a concept would lack that knowledge?

if your child says something is illegal, do you take their word for it or do you know better?

you are an unbearable sophist is genocide and point you deny it because you want to deny it and now.

no, i’m fine with calling it genocide when blizzard shows that the motives were aligned with the legal definition of genocide, or the majority of azeroth makes that claim

one child doesn’t get to determine what the world as a whole believes about anything

KING

unlike your war chief is a dignitary trained and educated in these matters.

Your war chief is a ranger, a military man, Anduin is a legal and civil authority.

If the Alliance captures Sylvanas, they will be judged for Genocide because it is within their laws.
The horde on the other hand may even know the term.

Since the punishments are dismissed by the war chief or clan is a matter.

The king of Stormwind has the same legal authority as the war chief when it comes to prosecuting prisoners and criminals in his territory.

If anduin Captures Sylvanas you can punish her for genocide if she likes.

It is more in fact the one that dictates sentence against Sylvanas should be Tyrande since the crime in question was committed within its territory.

Garrosh was tried under the Pandaren Law because both the horde and the Alliance agreed.

War crimes are judged by the winners of the Conflict or as a common agreement between the parties involved.

If you win the war, your crimes may or may not be punished by the chain of command.

irrelevant, he is a child

you…do know that the elves are long lived right? and are trained in the vast majority of such things as etiquette is beyond important
the rangers acted as bloody diplomats regularly throughout their history

it’s like saying that tyrande wouldn’t know laws because she’s a damn priestess

there is no warchief, and that is a simplistic af understanding of literally any position on azeroth

the rangers are fighters sure, but they’re also diplomats among other things
just as the priesthood is a religious group, but they’re also a political group and a military force

elves aren’t freaking humans, they’re not knowledgeable in one aspect of life at the expense of all others, and most of their organizations have a multitude of purposes and uses

except she won’t be, tyrande will kill her and if the alliance gets in the way of that they’ll be the target of the elves aswell

that’s not how that works

HIS prisoners, not that of the alliance as a whole, even prisoners that other members of the alliance captures it’s not HIS call

except he can’t, it would be in violation of everything the alliance stands for.

exactly
both sides AGREED to what it was and who had any authority
no one…not even the alliance is going to agree to give a bloody child the reigns on criminal matters

no one trusts him, the alliance follows him in name only but it’s members actively go against what he wishes regularly and he can’t do a thing

he is a powerless child

That is only your personal perception and has no more or less weight than what I say or think.

This is how it works if an orc committed a crime. Thrall neglects his punishment.

which used to be death.

that’s why he set out to execute Garrosh

no, no it isn’t.
2 of the races that are in the alliance have directly disobeyed him already

he has no power over the alliance

the races that have seemingly done as told are also those that are mostly out of the story to begin with

you think the horde = orcs? lol

the power of warchief is absolute.

no it isn’t. the powers of a war chief are vast but they don’t determine laws, or even what punishment those laws entail

If you have it on Stormwind.

he let Varok go and being his prisoner he has him as he wishes.

The Orc clans have no laws written simply the chief deside

The rules or laws of the Horde are mostly Oral Tradition

Of course the chief can delegate his chief Lord Clan chiefs

I have seen the Laws work in the horde many times.

The prisoner is brought before the boss, he hears what happened and decides whether or not there is punishment and its severity.

If you didn’t want us to burn your tree, why didn’t anyone say something while we were doing it?
