Oh great Cookie Loa have you not figured out that during this great pandemic quarantine that every day now is
That got a good laugh out of me.
Need a reason for conflict? Just give the Horde a squint and we’ll make that an excuse to nuke the next random faction on the alliance.
I know I know.
Its only ok if the Alliance gets self inserts or NPC lore characters created out of thin air to be their Alliance Self Insert Trophy Wife.
The Alliance got the best story in BfA by far, the Jaina story was some of the best story we’ve got in WoW since like Arthas. The Horde story was awful and poorly written.
We attacked Dazaralor, and Killed Rastakhan.
Not a single significant Horde Character died that Day.
Rastakhan didn’t care about the Horde. In fact he was SO STUBBORN that he wouldn’t reach out for help even with the Blood trolls at his gates and his council stabbing him in the back.
He was so sure he could handle it all on his own that he Went to Bwonsamdi and not to the horde.
And once he died. Guess what? Talanji took the Throne, and immediatley bends the Knee to the Horde. and BOOM. The Horde has Zandalari troops and navy at their beck and call.
If multiple character deaths means the alliance can focus on an internal story instead of following the Horde around every expansion just to team up and become super-friends. Then so be it. I absolutely welcome that.
But any pitiful excuse for a “war” is always going to end with our leaders holding hands.
THere fixed it for you
how many ppl play horde or alliance for the storyline. Me? No clue what happens or who dies in the alliance hierarchy, and never will.
I doubt that the horde Devs care too much about who dies and leads the horde. That affects gameplay, cool races, etc. how?
Horde historically having all the best racials started the migration from alliance to horde. The racials are more balanced now, but it is too late. Now horde just get cool races while alliance get obese humans.
Still a Horde city.
Not that day, but we still lost 3 this expansion.
We already had them.
And that navy? The one you just blew up?
Look, I get you want a better story. I do too.
THe Horde story was horrible and the “attention” the Horde got should not be your goal.
Void Elves and Dark Iron Dwarves would like to have a word with you.
Humans had the best racials for frigging ever lol
Also on the Topic of Legion:
Alliance Characters, particularly the Sons of Lothar from Warcraft 2 had MAJOR presence that expansion. But the sons of Lothar have been about stopping the legion for so long, they stop having many ties to the Alliance.
Don’t get me wrong. Turalyon and Alleria are both definitely Alliance characters, and they Stole the spotlight for the End of Legion.
But other characters like Velen, Illidan, and Khadgar for instance really do not give a damn about the petty squabbles of the horde and the alliance.
Also, The Kul Tirans are not obese. They’re stout.
HEY! The Kul Tiran women are obese. The men are absolute units.
You mean the one Jaina ex-machina blew up, pretty much alone. All of our effort for half of bfa undone by a single “god-like” character in a few minutes.
Can the horde have a Jaina too, please blizz?
I have to assume that the word “historically” has no contextual relevance to you.
To be fair, the horde use to have two. One beat up the Lich King and ran off to the Shadowlands and the other became a farmer.
They’ve tried very hard to make sure everyone knows no one on the Horde comes even close to Jaina’s power. Even Princess T and First Arcanist.
To be honest I am just not sure you know what you are talking about.
Not really. Last time I checked, It’s the Kingdom of King Dazar of Zandalar.
It’s even in the name. Dazar’alor.
Who exactly? Saurfang died to Sylvanas. And Sylvanas was never on the Horde side.
And Neither of those had anything to do with the Alliance.
You Didn’t already have them. That’s why you have to complete the Tides of Vengeance achievement to unlock the Zandalari trolls.
The Unlock quest for them literally involves putting Talanji on the throne…
Sylvanas sunk your navy to the bottom of the ocean.
I just want equal treatment.
If the Horde gets a mostly internalized story. Then the Alliance should get a mostly internalized story.
If the expansion is about teaming up, Then both sides should experience mostly the same things.
But for BFA we had The Horde having it’s own, significant internalized story.
And the Alliance following the Horde around.
Blizzard didn’t write 2 stories. They wrote 1 for the horde, and the Alliance eavesdropped on it the whole expansion.
Nice deflection.
yeah alliance being the more popular and superior faction for 2-3 fourths of the game is such horde bias.
Sourfang, Sylvanas, Gallywix.
No. The Alliance did. That was a pretty major part of the story.
I don’t believe you do. That would involve losing leaders. regularly.
