Are you sure thatâs a bug? Like, all Thalassian elves have a different eye color, itâs the eye glow that should be different.
Mmm, thatâs strange. Iâm not sure whether thatâs a bug or an intended change. 
Itâs due to how NPCs work.
Player characters have set appearance based on the options given. NPCs, however, are in the datafiles and can be way more complex, allowing them to have combos of features not available to players (for instance, keeping their hair while using a hat). In some NPCs, Blizzard turned off the old geoset for the eye glow. In other cases (many high elves added in WoD/Legion), they forgot to remove the glow. When the changes to eye glow came, it seems that the new glow was also dependent of the same setting as the old glow geoset. So, high elves that had the green glow over blue eyes ended up with the glowing green eyes, while blood elves without the glow ended up with only the old textures and no glowing eyes.
Since this is a matter of a few certain NPCs instead of a large bug (like having all dark rangers displaying the wrong eyes), I donât think Blizz will fix it. These NPCs will probably remain as oddities. Like the many non-DK NPCs using DK eyes (some of them added in 8.3, like the night elf expedition box vendor).

Just like Frostfencer Seraphi. But those are not bugs but either mistakes or deliberate choices by whoever made those NPCs.

What aspects of them discussing the Helfer discord have been factually false? It is not necessarily you mentioning the discord, it is what was said within the context of the discussion. When we say things, it is important to consider what is going on in the circumstances. An innocuous statement turns negative when placed in certain context.
As for what I say to my fellow discord members, I do that privately and have done so publicly on the forums.
I often get accusations of bias, or that I ignore matters. Neither of which hold ground.

You mean, the constant, and daily statements where said user gets poked by helfers repeatedly by a variety of helfers? Do you recall what occurred with another user a few months back where they focused on her tiny munchkin self? I do not understand how you do not see it.
Quite sure I havenât spoke ill of Hyper. She can be odd, eccentric, and sometimes shares way too much info about herself. On the other hand, she has not been spoken of poorly.
The individuals who may have done so are not in the discord anymore.
Didnât pop up or I would not have mentioned it.

There are a couple of folks in that discord thatâre from the Helf discord, I believe heâs referring to Ponti
Iâm not aware of Pontiâs involvement in banning people though, I wonât make any claims there
yeah. I was kind of wanting them to name the person themselves because it canât be ponti.
ponti has hardly been on in the first place for several months now probably close to a year. He will log on occasionally when he can. also there is the fact the high elf community discord has nothing against anti high elf people in the rules and they are allowed to be in the server. When the server was first created we even had a separate channel for that purpose of them coming in and expressing their views. Months later when we overhauled the server it was removed because no one was using it.

Yeah I donât know much about Ponti, just that heâs rarely active due to him being extremely busy. Iâve only seen him post when someone @'s him
Itâs possible that our Tauren friend here is mistaking him for someone else. I will say that Iâve seen one individual banned in a manner that I strongly disagreed with (Grandblade, if I remember correctly), it was a reactionary ban due to his mere presence stirring up drama. That being said, the mods said that heâd be welcomed back after things calmed down and were sorted out
