That quote was from night elf page.

Thereā€™s no reason why they couldnā€™t be other classes than mages, even a nightborne can be a priest.

Iā€™m sure they could. Just donā€™t ever see it. Iā€™m more mad at blizzard for this. The Shenā€™dralar were an opportunity to explore that side of thingsā€¦ A chance for blood elves to yell at the night elves for accepting them.

You know?

Thereā€™s no reason Azerothian orcs canā€™t be priests or druids, but Iā€™d need to provide an in-universe citation of them doing so to make the claim that there already are.

Youā€™re completely ignoring what is being told you in regards to citations and why they are important to a discussion.

As it stands there is no reason for me to believe other than that the Shenā€™dralar are only in the Night Elf society just to teach Nelfs how to be Mages and for their leader to randomly cameo in a warfront.

Yes :disappointed_relieved:

Eh yaā€™ll being too hard on em.

Thereā€™s one line saying theyā€™re teaching the night elves.

Whereā€™s the citation for them not being anything other than mages? The way your asking for it it has to be specific. Let me know.

Are yā€™all arguing over race/class combos when forsaken can be holy/disc priests?

Gameplay > lore

Thatā€™s not how the burden of proof works, fam.

Afaik, the survivors of Dire Maul were only brought into the Night Elf fold to loresplain Night Elves getting the Mage class.

Forsaken holy priests are canon with explanations of how they work, heathen.

Iā€™d know, Guzzle the Magā€™har used to be Necrohealiac the Forsaken.

Oh I know, and theyā€™re pretty metal too. Iā€™m of the opinion that they should have access to paladin too, any race that can canonically be warriors and holy priests should have paladins

Yes, thatā€™s the lore reason I understood to enable Nelf Mages.

Magā€™har Paladins after AU Garrosh and AU Yrel decide to stop being crazy and help lead the Magā€™har.

Here I am asking you.

Iā€™m saying there is nothing specifically saying that the Shenā€™dralar are only mages. I have never seen anything indicating that they are only mages.

Darklight there says that theres no reason they couldnā€™t be.

Basically all you have is a note saying that they taught the Night Elves how to be mages back in Cata and nothing else.

You maintain that they are only mages. Darklight said theyā€™re not only mages.

Neither of you have burden of proof sufficiently shown.

Ultimately there is not enough information to say either way. Blizzard hasnā€™t looked into the lore since they introduced it.

I will end you if you ever say that in public again.
