It seems like it would have to be part of the plot of an xpac for Blizz to make Alliance Belfs playable. Yeah I said it. Go watch the BC intro video from Blizzcon, Cannon is High Elves being renamed Blood Elves.
Given what a monumental thing it would be for Alliance players to play Belfs, it would have to be central to the story of the xpac (yeah, said it again for emphasis).
Blizz would never just throw them into player hands all willy nilly. This is what people who want to play them should come to grips with. I donāt mean āgive upā, but maybe get a job at Blizz developing the story or something.

Donāt you see? Spamming the same headcanons and posting one liners about how they support them (and nothing else) itās totally not a thread that ran its course.
All expansions? Last I remember, there was no major high elf force assisting the Alliance on Draenor; the one helf NPC I remember seeing in that entire expansion was a generic flight master in Shadowmoon Valley. Then in BfA, they showed up to help the Alliance for one warfront before disappearing for the rest of the expansion yet again outside of two portal room NPCs. Meanwhile, the void elves are actually helping out as flight masters and infantry during assaults.
And theyāre typically just around to oppose the Blood Elves. Blizzard seems to want Blood Elves to be the more neutral faction within the Horde and them directly opposing humans or dwarfs would damage that. There needed to be a faction for the Blood Elves to battle the Alliance by proxy.
I find it amusing how their views continue to warp.
Both were locked by the forum system, multiple times. IN FACT, the current megathread isnt the same one that was being spam locked around the same time of Lydonās thread. That one got locked by the mods if I remember.
I think that is more associated with history outside of forums, so I wont comment on that.
Not really. I think pointing out hypocrisy is a form of general fact checking. Whether its true or not, is another case.
I have so much love for my (blueberry) High Elves and my Horde High Elves. Both playable and not some pasty little snots that arent playable. Those non playable ones need a one way trip into the void once and for all.
High Elves are so popular that even their enemies canāt stop obsessing over them!
So popular a few in my faction want to make them neutral and claim they are an integral part of our armies and story!
