EDIT: So the change in eye glow now has created a new bug! The two elves on Socrethar’s Rise in Shadowmoon Valley had green eyes but HE voice lines, so either of them was a bug, but now, I think they are the only elves with non glowing green eyes

The blood elf males in Telogrus Rift also lack glow in their green eyes.
