The healer and tank shortage is about to end in normal content

You can correct this issue by actually taking the time to network, and find good people who are also nice to play with. Jerks are jerks because there’s no accountability. Form a consistent group with consistent people, that issue gets solved.

People don’t want to be tank/healer because the player base is TOXIC as hell.

I’m not gonna lie, I heal in pugs and very rarely do I actually encounter toxic individuals.

It don’t solve the issue for the QUEUE times like the OP mentioned >.>, Nor does it fix it for LEVELING dungeons also like the OP mentioned.

i tank randoms, and i find it rarely, but even one time out of 1000 is far too many with the way some people are.

No it ain’t. Ignore and move on. If you encounter one schmuck, you ignore, you move on, and you forget he exists. And that goes for whoever you encounter who is toxic, in any form of content. Ignore, move on, forget they exist.

Yeah, i am NOT gonna just keep putting people on ignore, not like the list is unlimited. Nor is it an account wide ignore.

Good for those whi do nothing above normal dungeons.

Horrible for everyone else.

Reason: i like to push my limits as a tank. Often times resulting in my death or a group wipe or someones death at least. Playing it safe is boring. So its goinf to be a shock to those players entering my groups after being in candyland

So that’s what wow has come to? Bots carrying people
Because the game is so poorly designed

Oh oh, i had a group one time that said, "Do big pulls please, So i pulled three or four packs, Was sooo much fun pulling massive amounts of mobs and watching them all die. ( the mobs not the players) we destroyed the dungeon XD.

If they add GPTs set up to be the proper classes, you can actually converse with them and it’ll be like a normal run.

Its not the game that is poorly designed, it is the players.

I don’t really see anything changing. The people who would use the normals to train in prolly wouldn’t heal or tank anyway outside of this scenario.

Gotcha. So the game is balanced so well that it’s the players fault for not playing healers or tanks. Nothing to do with blizz at all. Roger that

in Normal/Heroic? Yes it is the players faults that no one wants to be healer/tank.

My take is that they should be extended to m0’s. Normals and even heroics don’t show proper mechanics. Allowing someone to go into mythic 0’s with AI will allow them to learn the mechanics of some of the dungeons and the routes. (Well not this season because it’s all non dragonflight dungeons except doti but still)

Here’s the thing I don’t understand.,

“People make the role toxic, Shad.”

“Okay find a consistent group.”

“No, I don’t want to.”

“Okay, put people on ignore.”

“No, the list isn’t unlimited.”

Now if I come back and say so ignore them for the moment, stop dealing with them and then you can do something like clear it out once a month, you’ll probably come back with some nonsense like that’s too much work and what’s the point if you can’t ignore someone forever, etc, etc.

You have the tools, and all of the abilities, to make your interactions with other people better by finding more pleasant people to play with, and filtering out people who you have negative experiences with. Why do you (and others who are just as guilty of this) not utilize those tools?

i think DOTI is perfect for teaching players mechs, even healers have to learn the irkidon( how ever it is spelt) fight or cromie dies, and if cromie dies the group dies.

They really, really like band-aid fixes. It’s their favorite thing.

Who the hell finds a group for leveling dungeons?
