The Great Vault problem

I have ran Delves with my partner for three days now. I finally got a message saying to go to The Great Vault, and I received the same message today, 6 - 9 - 25, Monday. So I go to The Great Vault, only to find I CAN NOT get anything out of it. All it says is that i played several times, to get items. There is NO ITEMS IN IT TO TAKE.

So what am I supposed to do ? And I cannot find NO HELP about this issue, so I decided to place mt problem here…

You can only get your goodies out of the vault on tuesdays.

Yeah they should really add details like this to the quest text. Can’t imagine how much of a nightmare this game is to new players learning the ropes.
